Udaipur City Transport Services Ltd. (UCTSL) has  been incorporated to operate and manage the public transport system. The registered Office of the company is situated at Collectorate, Udaipur.

The authorized capital of the company is Rs, 30 Lacs divided into 3.00 lacs equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The initial paid up capital of Rs. 30 lacs, is being held   by the Udaipur Municipal Council and Udaipur Urban Improvement Trust in equal proportion

Main objectives of the company to create specialized and effective regulatory agency to facilitate operation of cost effective and good public transport services within the city of Udaipur with private partnership, AND

 To develop support system required for running the bus operations.
